That name looks familiar...that's right, fellow Rainer!
Small world, I guess. I have a listing in the Elk Grove, CA area. I recently opened escrow and during my exchange with the buyer's agent, I recognized a name on the signature block. The name looked so familiar I had to "Google" it.
 
When the results showed up, I realized that it was a fellow Rainer! Even though we had never met, or really never interacted, I knew that the buyer and the agent were in good hands. The Broker is a Top Producer in the area! Being part of this community, we learn so much from each other. Personally, I love seeing other successful agents share their experiences with us, and I always try to act upon their advice.
 
I guess I am just glad this community exists. I have learned so much and will continue to be part of it. Hopefully the broker of the team can leave a comment once they realize who they are. Ha!
