This may happen WHEN you answer your phone...even if the number is not familiar.
 
It happened yesterday morning  around 10:30. In the middle of a very busy home inspection, my phone rang and it was a reporter wanting to do an online article about my 1560 Blue Mount Rd property in Monkton.
 There was a 12 noon deadline.
Instead of telling her all about the listing, I asked what angle she was taking.
History was her focus. Since my sellers have lived on this 34 acre farm for the past 55 years, I put the reporter in direct contact with the owners and this terrific write up was on BaltimoreFishbowl.com  before  noon.
