The Millennial Generation Is Fleeing The Nest and On The Move
Acording to a recent article in RealtorMag, young adults are finally showing signs of moving out of their parents homes and starting households of their own.  The millennial generation may be finally interested in home ownership after all.
 
Home ownership has been delayed but not forgotten.
The labor market continues to strengthen for this age group, and the desire to own their own home is increasing among this age group.  70% of 25-34 year olds say that home ownership was either "very important" or "important".
20% said they already owned a home or were in the process of purchasing one.
