*The median list price was $450,000.
*The median sales price was $440,000.
*It took an average of 48 days for a home to go under contract.
*43 homes sold for over $1 million.
In comparison to the previous year 2014:
*490 homes sold.
*The median list price was $449,972.
*The median sales price was $435,000.
*It took 48 days for a home to go under contract.
*34 homes sold for over $1 million.
 
In 2015, the median price of a home rose just over 1%, and 8% more homes sold.
