The Last Showing in Ontario, New York 1/24/16
Yesterday with three couples to show homes to yesterday in at 1833 Kenyon Road Ontario, New York the last showing which is a HUD home became more of an open house. The clients I was showing the home to felt it was too much for them to undertake and decided to go talk to their Father the carpenter. The home actually has good bones and needs updating, windows, doors and possibly a new boiler.
While we were getting ready to leave an investor asked if he could walk through the home and being the nice guy he was alllowed in. As I was hoping to be home and watch the first playoff game it was not meant to happen as more people stopped to view the home.
This morning the Father called and wants to go view the home and get information for financing for his Daughter and future son-in-law.
So not getting home until half time and will be heading back out to Ontario, New York for the appointment.
