Herriman UT Homes For Sale on Cul de Sac
 
I had two calls this week, asking about  Herriman UT homes for sale on a Cul de Sac, (maybe that's in a Cul de Sac, I'm never sure). As you can imagine, both calls were from moms with small kids that were more concerned with safety than convenience. 
They were a little embarrassed about being overly concerned, so when I came across this post from Paul Emrath that was published by the National Association of Home Builders about this very subject, I reposted. Just a snippet here to show them that they are not alone.(or you).  According to the NAHB article, given a choice, 80% of buyers prefer that location over efficient traffic flow.
While we were there, we decided to include snippets of Herriman listings built in Cul de Sacs. You can set things up so this will be done for you everytime a house is listed in a Cul de Sac, in Herriman or any place else. It's FREE, & sooooooo easy.
