Estrella Mountain Ranch
One community is Estrella Mountain Ranch which is nestled in the Sierra Estrella range, or Star Mountains.  Estrella Mountain Ranch features lakes, canoeing, a swim park, workout facility, clubhouse, walking, hiking and biking paths and trails.  Estrella also has a beautiful golf course with incredible desert views.  Interesting historical note, this mountain range was once within the Mexican border until the Gadsden Purchase in 1853.
