I felt this blog was worth a re-blog because we're now seeing "do-it-yourself" mortgage Apps advertised on TV and online these days. There's a heck of a lot more to it than clicking on a few radio buttons. No APP is going to hold your hand through a transaction or Refi, especially when the "doo doo" hits the fan...and in a transaction it "doo" hit the fan! Why? Because you have multiple people, personalities and intentions all converging on one deal...things go sideways.
You need trusted, experienced, cooler-heads prevail professionals that can say "I got this!" I know Jason E. Gordon to be a high caliber lender that shoots straight and isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves and put on some coveralls to get a deal done.
