Man this job is tough

Showing property this morning on the beach. Miami Beach that is, my home, playground and work place. High pressure is sending sunny skies and temps in the low 80's our way along with a bit of a breeze.
If these buyers don't want to write a contract today I have my swim trunks on under my real estate outfit and am hitting the beach!
