IS THE MARKET SHIFTING?
We haven't noticed any shift in the market at this point.  As a matter of fact, it remains a very stable, strong seller's market--especially around the beach areas.  We still have a drop in our foreign investors because of the euro but people are still coming up with cash for the sought-after ocean front condos.  The new contruction  here in Fort Lauderdale is amazing--I have never seen so much new housing here since i came here to 2001.  I also can't believe how many new retailers are opening up stores in the area.   You could say that Fort lauderdale is on "fire"!
