The total number of available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 15, as compared to last month’s 17. Currently for sale, there are:
8 single family homes (ranging in price from $280,000 to $2,495,000) 1 half-duplex ($270,000) 3 condos ($329,900 to $350,000) 3 townhomes ($325,000 - $499,000) Just 5 of the 15 available homes above have been on the market for longer than 30 days.
The average number of days on the market for the “active” status homes is 41 days, as compared to 57 last month. The median number of days on the market is 13 days, compared to last month’s 26 days. Homes are still selling fast!
