The One Thing I Learned as a Realtor..
The one thing I learned is not to trust anyone who says:
 
"NOW IS THE BEST TIME TO BUY REAL ESTATE"
 
I think this is one of the worst statements ever conceived of by people in our industry. It gives a false impression to people.
The statement implies that real estate is a great investment and if you do not act now you are misssing out on one of the best opportunities.
I have learned that not all real estate is the same and that you can actually make a bad investment in real estate and loose money.
And therefore I take full responsibility for understanding the motivation and reason why my clients are interested in buying real estate and discuss the risks and rewards of buying the right property for the right reason.
My job as a realtor is to tell the truth and guide people to  make good choices for the right reason. If I do that then I know I will have a client for life and that is why I sell real estate.
You will never hear me utter the words "Now is best time to buy real estates".
