Just Sold Postcard Wording
This blog had a real "Aha" moment for me..
 
I happen to sell over a large area land wise, and do send out postcards after,,,  always 50-100 to the neighbors of the home we just closed.
$50 investment for a potential listing was always worth the gamble..
Hadnt thought that these people only hear from me once. as I am on to my next sale and promoting myself in another area...
After reading this blog.. I  will be still be sending out the postcards, but now will be doing it to my farm area and not  spread myself so thin  that im not accomplishing anything!
