SYLMAR HOME SALES STATISTICS FOR  MAY 2016
 
44 homes were sold on May. The Minimum Listing Price was $275,000, Selling Price $332,000, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 841 square feet house.
 Maximum Listing Price $799,000, Selling Price $775,000 with 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, 3,506 sq ft home, 98,454 sq ft lot, and 212 days on the market.
 Average Listing Price $489,174, Selling Price $489,726 with 4 bedrooms, 2.45 baths, 1,723 sq ft home, 13,602 sq ft lot and 44 days on market.
 
 5 sales were in the price range of 300K to 400K, 21 in the 400K to 500K, and 11 on the 500K to 600K.range. From all the sales, 1 was a short sale and the rest were standard sales.
 
MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATES
