Own It.... Stage your home yourself | Let's Talk Real Estate 
It is time to get your home on the market... 
One of the first things to get a room by room review. 
What is a  room by room review you say. Well let's talk about that, the video talks about how to get started on staging your home to allow buyers to see your home and not your stuff. 
Oh my yes Stuff we all have stuff  and more stuff. 
Staging a home starts with getting the stuff all packed up and out of the way. 
Get those packing boxes out and pack the stuff up. 
Once the stuff is up and out of the way take a walk through the house are the lights on and are the light bulbs bright and bring in light??? If not take a trip to your local hardware store and buy light bulbs that will brighten up the area. ( be sure and get the right watt light bulb for your light fixture) 
Now that the entire house is all bright and full of light ... how does the rooms look are they clean clean clean..... if not then start the cleaning process it is well worth the effort.
