Cleveland Heights real estate update for the week of 07/17/16-07/24/16
The Cleveland Heights City Council had the second meeting for the month of July on Monday, 07/18 at 6:15 PM.  Cleveland Heights Architectural Board of Review had a meeting on Tuesday, 07/19/16 at 7:00 PM. Cleveland Heights Board of Zoning Appeals had a meeting on Wdnesday, 07/20/16 at 7:00 PM. Cleveland Heights Economic Development Advisory Committee had a meeting on the same day at 7:00 PM. There was a high level of activity on the Cleveland Heights real estate market this week. 11 single family homes and 1condominium were listed for sale. 4 single family homes were listed for rent. 4 single famioly home listings were returned to market. 13 single family home listings, 3 condominium listings and 1 apartment listing changed to contract. The price was reduced for 20 single family homes, for 2  two family homes for 3 condominiums and for 1 residental zoned parcel of land. The price was raised for 1 single family home. 20 single family homes were sold. 3 single family homes were rented.
