South Riding Mid Week Update 9/24/2016-9/28/2016
I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. there are currently 25 homes for sale. 2 homes new to the market; 1 bank owned condos and 1 traditional sale condos. 4 homes received a contract; 1 traditional sale condos and 3 traditional sale detached homes. 3 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional detached homes . There are 2 homes coming soon. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
