Princeville Kauai Condo Sales and Market Report Thru Sept 2016
Princeville Kauai Condo Sales and Market Report thru September, 2016 - Third Quarter 2016. The median sales price for Princeville condos contiuned to rise for the year-to-date thru Third Quarter 2016 versus the Full Year 2015.  The median sales price for the year-to-date thru Third Quarter 2015 was $547,500 and the prices continued to rise to a Full Year 2015 median sales price of $561,250.   Prices continued to rise year-to-date thru Third Quarter 2016 to $604,000.
The number of sales is down by two (2) when comparing year-to-date thru Third Quarter 2015 versus year-to date Third Quarter 2016. 
The million dollar plus sales have increased. The number of $1,000,000+ condos sold has increased in 2016. Eight (8) Princeville condos sold in 2015 with a sales price about $1,000,000.  Year-to-date Third Quarter 2016, there were 10 Princeville condos that sold with a sales price above $1,000,000.
