I just sold this amazing home in 2691 Ulilani Way, Pukalani, Maui. My buyer was looking for two properties to complete their purchase on a 1031 Exchange.  The first property was an oceanfront condo in Kaanapali Alii. Beautiful unit with sweeping oceanviews.  
 
 
So we moved on looking for a home to buy on Maui.  Finding the right home, that is in really good shape so there is not a lot of repair work was at the top of the list. After looking at a number of homes, my buyers decided on a home in Pukalani.  Pukalani Maui offers a short ride to town, a community center, with tennis courts and pool.  There are also local schools close by and a number of restaurants to choose from.  Also close to the beach.
