On Market Inventory down 49% in Macomb County Michigan
The on market inventory is down 49% in October 2016 over October 2015, according to data released by Realcomp MLS.
In 2015, there were 5,614 properties for sale.
Contrast this to just 2,863 properties for sale in October 2016.
So for sellers thinking about making a move in November or December, now is the time to obtain top dollar due to falling competion and more demand!
