Another Home SOLD at Silver Reef Highlands in Leeds Utah!  

 
My clients purchased a home site several years ago, anticipating retiring from their jobs to build their forever home in southern Utah. After recommending three builders, meeting with each one and much discussion, they chose American Heritage Homes for the job.
 
Both sides agreed on price, floorplan, size, amenities, terms and conditions. The plans were sent in for approval and soon the building process was set in motion. Silver Reef Highlands has a proactive Homeowner's Association that determines size of home, plant materials and colors.
 
Their home is 3,016 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3 car garage, granite counter-tops, custom cabinets, surround sound, huge master walk-in closets, hidden pantry, upcsale appliances including double ovens, in-ground swimming pool with amazing views from all points.
 
Once again my clients have a home sweet home that will serve them well for many years to come with smiles all around. They also have a standing list already of family members and friends who plan to visit in the next year. Congratulations, I am so happy for you two!
