This could be your year. The year things begin to move in a direction for you that has real purpose and meaning. How? Here are two things you can do...
 
1. Put last year behind you. Refuse to drag bad habits, unforgiveness, anger and frustration over last years events into this year. Make a clean start. I know it's easy for me to day but harder to do. Agreed. All of us struggle to make a fresh start because yesterdays news is part of our story. That's ok. Things happened to you but they don't have to make you. By letting go you are free to embrace what is ahead of you.
 
2. Get Spiritually fit. We spend a lot of time on our physical bodies. We are either feeding what they want or whipping them into shape. It's not a bad thing to get into shape but there is more to you than your body and if you only work out your body in the end you will be just an attractive mess.
