Do the Buyer and Seller Have to Attend the Closing?
Is it a must that the buyer and seller physically attend a real estate closing?
Most of the title and real estate closing companies in Clarksville, TN can complete a closing without the physical presence of either party. We deal with relocation buyers and sellers that have already left the area. One thing they don't want to do is to incur the extra expense to travel back to Clarksville just to close on the house.
