Monroe NY real estate inventory: January 1-7, 2017
This is the first edition of a new series about the Monroe NY real estate market.
Each week of the year, I will highlight new single family home listings in Monroe NY. I will only include brand new listings and will not include those situations where a house expired, was under contract, or was temporarily off the market and has now come back on the market. I'll include listings from all companies and agents. During the first week of 2017 (January 1st through January 7th), two new listings were added to Monroe real estate inventory. They were:
