I Don't Think About SEO ....
I am a Realtor among other things, and as such a small business owner, and therefore wear a multitude of hats. There are many things I need to do each day to prospect, to follow up on listings, call clients, meet new clients, call past clients, have coffee with someone, be involved with the local business association, update my website, make a video, look at the MLS and make sure my clients know about the latest listings, call some realtors to see if they just might have something coming on in this area because I have a client looking for a home there. Not to mention Active Rain, reading, posting, commenting, following new rainers and people who I never knew were on here but suddenly I come across one of their posts and want to read more.
I know I should think about SEO, when I post, when I update my website. I actually have a local development where I am the top ranked agent, but have no idea how it happened and cannot recreate it for other developments as much as I try or for common terms that consumers might search for locally. So honestly I don't think about SEO...but when ... more
