It’s your choice to have written goals . . . . along with a written plan to achieve your goals . . . . You decide to execute that plan on a daily basis to successfully achieve your goals.
 
You decide on the level of success that you want achieve in your thinking . . . . in your willingness to work hard at creating that level of success in your life.
 
You make the choice to make an extra effort to become a leader in your field . . . . Or you can pull back on your efforts . . . . and become part of the pack.
 
You decide everyday to engage in your profession with a purpose . . . . to create forward momentum . . . . Or to let things slide . . . . and see what happens.
