Why you need a Buyer's Agent when buying new construction!
Now that the real estate market has rebounded - new construction is
everywhere you look in the Tampa Bay area - especially in New Tampa and Wesley Chapel! Many times buyers don't realize they can have a buyer's agent help them with a new construction purchase. They just assume that new construction is different from buying a resale - but it's not really. Just because something is brand new -  doesn't mean it's problem free.
