Total sales in 2016:
70 closed transactions priced from $295,000 to $1,222,673 Average Pukalani sale price was $651,368 and median sale price was $625,000 Day on Market (DOM) varied from 23 to 408 Total dollar volume was $45,595,809 11 listings came with house and detached cottage, 3 came with an attached apartment 9 sales were CPR residential condo homes with some deeded land 3 were bank owned, and 3 were short sales Find a home for sale now in Pukalani Maui

Land size:
Excluding the CPR homes since none of them have much land
