If you have an active family, you should always consider the amenities of the community when considering a home purchase.  If you have school aged children, the schools aret your first priority, but if they are active, always check out the community for the amenities it offers.  Most North Atlanta home communities have a required association fee.  You probably want to see what you get for that required home association fee. 
The Towne Lake Hills home community is located in the Towne Lake area of Woodstock.  These homes enjoy first class schools, but what do the amenities include?  Towne Lake Hills has one of the best amenity packages for the price.  The present annual fee is $615.00 per year.  Not a bad value for  an active family. 
There are two separate pool areas in the Towne Lake Hills neighborhood for families to use.  The main pool has a big White Water type slide.  The kids love to use this slide.  There is a separate area off the main pool for younger kids with a fun fort type of building to climb on and enjoy the water.
