March 20th Mortgage Market Wrap-up 8
Mortgage backed securities (MBS) closed up 22 basis points today at 101.88  having broken through resistance offered by the 25 day moving average at 101.82. MBS bond closed 113 basis points above their recent lows. The 30 year conforming rate fell to 4.25% again today.  Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S. history tells us it is time to refinance!!  Please call at 203-981-8282.
