"Let's get real" it's all about the pipeline.
 
The real estate profession is like no other, even though we like to compare ourselves with such professionals  as attorneys and, for some reason, doctors and dentists. Like us, they also deal with the public on a daily basis and work with highly confidential information. Like us, they are licensed and work by the laws of the land and state.
BUT THAT'S WHERE IT STOPS.
Where those other professions that I am using as an example mostly stay in their office and have their clients come to them, we go out daily to dig new clients up. We go to Chamber meetings where people gather, school functions to meet the parents of your children, and generally walk around handing out business cards.   And you can't do this once, you need to be uppermost in people's minds when they need your type of services because of the incredible competition. While the other professions are pretty sedate in their bringing in new clients, we, more likely than not, go out ready to do battle with anyone who is in our way. Yes, we do!
