This is partly due to the lack of good used home inventory in Stansbury. (only 16 listings), and due in part to the fact that Stansbury Park Utah is a wonderful place to live.
Anchored by a golf course, a community pool and a man made lake, this small but dynamic community has been a favorite for commuters to Salt Lake for some time now.
Almost half of the homes listed in Tooele County are new construction houses. That’s correct, of the 167 houses listed for sale on the MLS, seventy seven are either under construction, or spec homes that are being built, or ready for occupancy.
