-Heffers Twoo restaurant has closed.
-Crab Island Cafe is now open in the space vacated by Heffers Twoo.
-Ocean View Realty Group has added a web site for Indies House vacation rentals at http://www.indieshousecondo.com/
LOCAL NOTES-The Daytona Beach Convention Hotel and Condo has broken ground at A1A and Oakridge Blvd in Daytona Beach.  The project includes 501 hotel rooms and 128 condo units.  -Bass Pro Shops is now open across the street from the speedway at One Daytona.
Ormond By The Sea Florida first quarter condo sales analysis 2017This table shows the condos sold in Ormond By The Sea Florida for the first 3 months of the year through the Daytona Beach Area Realtors@ Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  The volume of sales has been steady for several years except for last year and values are increasing . Both of those are good indicators for the market.
