Local Homeowners wanted to Sell and Buy but were paralyzed on the how!
Manassas Virginia homeowners wanted to buy a brand new move-up home and wanted to sell their current home. 
They just did not know how to do it.
          "They were afraid they would wind up with two mortgages and an unsold home!"
We first met the owners of 8519 Thomas Drive Manassas VA at the end of May 2017. Patty and I arrived took a tour of the home and then sat with the owners and laid out all of their real estate options. Within a few days they made the decision to go ahead and sell and buy forward.
So we put together a road map (so to speak) of steps they would need to  follow to attain their goal of securing the gorgeous standing inventory home they had their eye on. 
We put their home on the market For Sale. We began a marketing blitz on Social Media. Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Google+ and even on Linked-In. Then we then we wrote blogs, paid for Boosted Posts on Facebook and posted in local real estate groups. We new we could find the buyer who would be "over the Moon to own an acreage property with NO HOA and this back yard."
