Real Estate is Not A Game But It Can Be Fun
 
Earlier this week flip-flop wearing friend and ActiveRain Ambassador Belinda Spillman wrote a post about a recent transaction she compared to a game of Dominos. As I am prone to do...my mind wandered as her post made me ponder...  
 
There are those who say real estate might occasionally involve a game or two. I certainly understood Belinda’s Dominos connection but I was thinking could there be a relationship between board games and real estate?  Sure there are some obvious ones like The Game of Life and, of course, Monopoly.    
 
And then I started to list some of my favorite board games.  Yes, this is a moment where I digress.  Because I can.  Okay, so my mind wandered. Risk certainly has a real estate angle -- well the name at least.  Ditto for Trouble and Sorry!.  But really it’s best to avoid those two words when possible. At least in real estate.    
 
Then there’s Candy Land -- hmm...not so much for me but maybe Land Guy Endre Barath, Jr. might think otherwise.  I even wrote a post during one of the "be the star of your own movie" contests about Clue the movie ... more
