This weeks report on home values for San Clemente and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a San Clemente Realtor Michael Albrecht. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 5.6 percent, for new homes up 0.9 percent and for resale condos up 6.1 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 1.0 percent and down 0.4 percent on condos and up 31.2 percent for new homes.
 
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 6.1 percent and the sales volume is up 4.1 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 10.7 percent and the sales volume is down 7.4 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 10.6 and the sales volume is up 2.2 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 13.2 percent and the sales volume is down 14.2 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are down 5.6 percent and the sales volume up 9.2 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 0.7 percent and the sales volume is up 34.8 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 2.9 percent and the sales volume is down 18.2 percent.
 
The market is slowing as expected for this time of year.   However we are now seeing small changes week to week.  This week is better than last week when you look at the numbers.
