How About That Mohawk?
I just happened to log on to ActiveRain today for the first time in months and the first thing I saw was Dick Greenberg's 2017 Photography Contest post.
Upon reading the post, this picture just popped into my head and I knew this was going to be the photo that I entered.
The Back Story
I lot of people don't know that I am a former licensed hair stylist and salon owner and as such, I figured I'd use my skills and talents for a worthy cause.  I took part in an event last year to provide free haircuts. This guy was not a recipient of the haircuts given on that day, but how ironic that he showed up at the haircuts in the park event with this precision-cut Mohawk.  
Luckily for me, at the time, I never went anywhere without my Nikon D3200 and this was no exception (even though I knew I was going to be busy cutting hair).
This is one of my best street photography shots yet and although I've been saying this for over a year, it WILL eventually find its way contained in a frame and hanging on one of the walls in my house.
