Won The Champagne Not the Guy at the Annual Expo

 
What a handsome dude don't you think . I was in a class learning about the new MRIS Bright . What we now know as Trend . Every year our Bucks County Board of Realtors holds an Expo .
 
We meet and greet all different vendors . Title Companies ,home inspectors, mortgage companies , mold companies and I could go on and on but I think you get the picture .
 
There are classes to educate us . There is a luncheon and camaraderie. It is so nice to see all of the agents that you have done business with over the years  There is also a raffle and free stuff that is given away . Cups , mugs  tablets  pens  markers, spinners , key chains  baskets  . To tell the truth I usually forget my cards but this year I remembered
 
While I was sitting in the class I  received a text . You won a bottle of champagne What a nice day it was .  Yes it was the bottle was not the guy I won .  
 
Look how sparkling he is . Handsome isn't he .  What a beautiful smile  .
I will tell you it is my month for sparkle
