This is a secure 24 hour guard-gated community in the heart of Bay Terrace in Northeast Queens New York. Opened in 1981, the lobby's have concierge and doorman service.  Each visitor is greeted to the elevator and garage levels. The Bay Club has many amenities. There's the health club and pool (extra fee) free tennis, billiards, card, library, playroom, a theater and more.  A laundry facility is located on each condo floor. There is outdoor parking, and for an additional fee there is indoor parking.
 
Additionally, The Bay Club offers convenient shopping on the arcade level, beauty salon, convenience store, valet and more, plus a restaurant on the premises. It's near-by to The Long Island Railroad, Express Bus to New York City and is close to shopping and major roadways.
