December 5th Mortgage Market Wrap-up 9
Mortgage backed securities (MBS) closed up 9 basis points today at 102.78 having broken through resistance offered by the 10 and 25 day moving averages closed just 1 basis point below resistance offered by the 200 day moving average. The 30 year was available at 4.00% today.  The 30 year jumbo was at 4.125%.  Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S. history tells us it is time to refinance!!
