Not enough homes for buyers,Berkshire Village,Sylvania Twp,Key Realty
You might have heard that although interest rates are still low, there are not enough homes for buyers to purchase through friends, newspapers, and social media.  As a Realtor with Key Realty, I want to tell you what you have heard is true.  Let me share with you the latest market update as of 1-7-18, or what I like to call "a piece of the real estate pie" in the neighborhood of Berkshire Village in Sylvania Township.  This market update information is provided by the Toledo Regional Association of Realtors.  I know that schools are important to home buyers.  So here is a link for Sylvania Public Schools.
 
So here is the piece of the real estate pie for  Berkshire Village....
Berkshire Village is a neighborhood of free-standing and attached 2 family villas.  There are currently no homes under contract or actively being marketed.  So if you or someone you know lives in this neighborhood and are thinking about selling their house, I would like you to contact me.
Within the last 6 months 3 homes were sold.  These homes all closed within 60 days.
