AR's Community Guidelines

The guidepost for Best Practices for AR's Community Guidelines has been passed down through the ages. It is called "The Golden Rules," Whatsoever ye would that others should do to you, do ye even so to them. For this is the law of the prophets. In other words, "Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you." ---- Matthew 7:12
 
AR Community Guidelines provides the responsibility for each member to adhere to because the survivorship of the platform is counting on individual trustworthiness. A topic of significant interest is as follows:
 
"The ActiveRain community and real estate industry as a whole will only be respected to the degree of character represented by the actions of its professionals. Do not conduct yourself in a way that disgraces your fellow members of this network." A visual illustration of this point of view is a bronze statue of a man on a horse. The message of the tribal wisdom of the Dakota Indians is as follows:  "When you discover that you are riding a dead horse, the best strategy is to dismount."
