The Maxim Sold Price was $1,175,000, house with 5 bedrooms, 6 baths, 5,433 sq st home, 14,539 sq ft lot and 0 days on the market.
The Average Sold Price was $568,793 house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 1,735 sq ft home, 10,171 sq ft lot and 32 days on the market.
