Austin real estate is sizzling! What a great week-end! I had 2 listing appointments and secured them both on Saturday (while Geno babysat Hudson and Beckett in the morning) plus date night with my Geno. Sunday I held my new listing open and what a turnout! Looks like three offers to consider! Yahoo!!
