INSPIRADA OFFERS AMENITIES FOR A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
Inspirada has been ranked the eighth top-selling master-planned community in the country – offering a healthy lifestyle for all its residents.  The community is working in partnership with the city of Henderson to offer recreational sports leagues for both kids and adults in softball, tennis, soccer and bocce.
Scott Young, recreation program coordinator of Henderson, stated “We have ongoing conversations with the Inspirada Community Association about ways to further enhance our parks offerings to residents and others.  As Inspirada has grown so have leagues which began operations to capitalize on the new population growth in the area.”
Inspirada is home to four parks and the all of them have resident activities – whether its team sports, or walking and jogging on the trails and four-legged family members have their own open spaces to play.  Three of the parks have resident only heated pools, barbeque pits and picnic areas.
The community of Inspirada when completed will consist of 8,500 homes from several homebuilders.  Beazer Homes and Century Communities are building partners in the Nevada Builder Trade-In Program operated by the Smith Team through Keller Williams Las Vegas.
