I consciously choose to increase my capacity for growth by asking myself "How Can I " instead of  "Can I" . I realize Can I  questions my ability and puts self imposed limits fueled by doubt and fear on my dreams. How Can I believes there is a way and I just need to find it. It opens the door of opportunity for me to achieve the goal, dream or growth I desire.
I have found the most common reason we don't overcome the obstacles to achieving our goals is that we choose not to test our limits or push ourselves to grow our own capacity. How can we possibly know what we are truly capable of if we stay within the confines or our self imposed limitations?
It is said the only person truly holding you back is you. I believe that. If you are allowing  someone else to hold you back or circumstances to hold you back you have chosen to give away your power to BE. Possibly I could encourage you to take your power back; instead of asking yourself  "Can I"  ask yourself  "How Can I"  knowing and believing it is fully possible. Give yourself permission to BE you.
