New Sedona Real Estate Website
NEW SEDONA HOME SEARCH WEBSITE
As we all know, the Internet and how we interact and attract future clients is always changing. Experiment #1, we decided to build a new website with a great domain name and see how well we could rank organically with weekly, bi-weekly blog posts.  For blog posts we plan to use a mix of local Sedona news, events and of course, Sedona Arizona real estate market information.   Might even curate a some articles to fill in.
Traditionally we have forced registration on all of our Sedona real estate websites after a few views.  This leads to experiment #2 for the new Sedona home search site,  www.sedonaarizona.net  will have no forced registration.  More and more searches are being done on mobile phones and the fact is that people are much less likely to sign up for a free Sedona home search account if they have to sign up with a mobile phone. People can register if they want to save Sedona homes for sale or the if they want to save a Sedona home search as a favorite.  The backend IDX for this Sedona real estate search is using IDXBroker Platinum.   Everyone will be followed up with via our existing systems.
