Here Are Open Houses in Sacramento for Weintraub Team

The first Sunday in May usually features more homes open for us than what we have this May. I'm thinking it must be due to all of the activity in April. Listings during April tend to sell fairly quickly, if the homes are desirable, priced right and appeal to mass individuals. More custom homes that appeal to fewer people due to design or location tend to take longer to sell. But no denying that April was a bang-up month in Sacramento real estate.
We also do not have 5 Sundays in May. So, fewer open houses. Less inventory than last year, that's for sure. Still, to present 4 homes for all budgets, offered from $399K for that first-time home buyer to $1.2 million for the Davis buyer who values location and the schools, that's a wide range of open houses available.
