Cleveland Heights City Council had a first regular meeting in the month of May on the same day at 7:30 PM. Cleveland Heights Planning Commision had a meeting on Wednesday, 05/09/18 at 7:00 PM. There was a medium level of activity on the Cleveland Heights real estate market this week. 19 single family homes, 1 two family home and 2 condominiums were listed for sale. 2 single family homes and 1 condominium were listed for rent, 3 single family home listings and 1 two family home listing were returned to market. 13 single family home listings, 1 two family home listing, 1 condominium listing and 1 apartment listing changed to contract. The price was reduced for 10 single family homes and for 1 condominium.
