When Time is NOT on Your Side...But HUNGER IS ...

We LOVE entertaining...we adore the fresh tastes of summer....the fabulous finds from the farmer's market...Mmmmm.....sights, sounds, smells...of everything delicious and nutritious !
     Schedules do not always allow for the "made from scratch" meals we much prefer to dining out.  Soooo....we have "Kabob it" meals ready to "thread."   A selection of veggies...cut up and ready to be scewed....the slices of onion...yellow, white or red, cherry or grape tomatoes, mushrooms...peppers of every hue...red, green, yellow, orange. Squash slices if you please...we do "cheat" with those cute little canned potatoes...not fresh...but tasty especially rolled in dill or shredded  parmesan.  The meat choices vary....and marinades if you please...chicken chunks in lemon and garlic, beef or pork in your choice of all kinds of flavors...Mmmmm...just waiting zipped and ready to join the veggies in a symphony of summer mouthfuls.
    You need not limit your Kabobing to the grill....fresh fruit is a wonderful course....colorful...and berry good for you   
   Kabob Parties can be the perfect "DIY" dinner with guests "skewing" to their own tastes...and the perfect answer to a guest who wants to know what they can bring...whatever they want to Skew !
